Master George Bell has been continuously training in the martial arts for over 37 years with a heavy emphasis on Taekwondo, the KiDo Arts (Hapkido, Judo, JuJitsu) and personal protection. His original background was with the Moo Duk Kwan family of Taekwondo under the guidance of his uncle Dr. Cruddie Torian in his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in July of 1974. In the late 1980′s he was introduced to Kuk Sool Won and a few years later he switched to Hapkido with affiliation to the Korea Hapkido Federation. In addition, Master Bell studied directly with Grand Master Bobby Taboada in Balintawak Eskrima. And in the mid 1990′s Master Bell was a resident athlete at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado from 1995 to 1999. During the past decade Master Bell has obtained ranks in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to add to his disciplines. He is a former Taekwondo international champion, national champion, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu national champion and World medalist and has produced many students worldwide in various disciplines. He also works with many individuals in the law enforcement field on defensive tactics. Presently, he maintains a strong foundation with Taekwondo & Hapkido, but has also added Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other art forms together to form Modern MooSaDo, Hapkido-Moo Sa Kwan.
